- Payment Policy
To confirm your full day car with driver in Dubai, we offer multiple secure and flexible payment options for both advance and last-minute bookings. Full advance payment is required for reservations, or a 50% option is available. Online payment via secure link is accepted with a 2.95% fee. Bank transfers, POS card machines, and cash to the driver are also accepted for your convenience and peace of mind.
- Cancellation Policy
If you have confirmed the booking and then made the online payment and after that you have also received the booking slip. If you want to cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the date, it is free. There is a 10% deduction for cancellations made one day before, and a 50% deduction if you cancel on the actual day of your booking or service.
- Refund Policy
If your booking has been confirmed and you have paid the advance payment. If you cancel your booking before 24 hours, your payment will be refunded after deducting the Stripe online payment processing fee. If you want to cancel your booking within 24 hours, you will not get any refund because we have to reserve our driver for you.
Cross Border Chauffeur Service Refund Policy
For UAE to Oman cross-border chauffeur services, if the ride is cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled service time, 50% of the total payment will be deducted according to our refund policy.
This deduction covers operational arrangements, vehicle allocation, documentation processing, and driver scheduling for cross-border travel.
